  Love the guys at the T Mobile store in Granbury! They were awsome! Very helpful. Don't waste any time switching they made it a great experience. Love my new phone.

  Update: I have changed it to 3 stars rather than 1 because they did straighten things out. We still lost money on returning the phones but we were willing to take the risk of getting service where we live. This franchise has only been here since Feb. So I figure it will take time to figure out who can & who cannot get service. When people in a company cares more about their loss & not a care about the customers loss, they are on their way out. I can't speak for all T-mobile franchises but this one here has been a nightmare & after they fix their mess, we will never enter their store again. We will never recommend them either. We wouldn't want anyone else to be treated the way we were. Customer Service doesn't mean just a smile. It means SINCERITY, TRUSTWORTHY, KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT YOUR SERVICES, & TRULY CARING about their customers & doing everything possible to make sure they are taken care of. Even if they get coverage in those areas that don't have coverage now, we would not go back even though what they quoted was good.What they billed was not. Customer Service is number 1 if you want to be successful. We will recoup our losses. Sadly they lost more than We did.
