  I chose a washer/dryer to purchase. I asked if they had free delivery and was told no. There was no way they would waive the charge. I have no desire to spend $1,000+ in a store that can't serve their customers in a more appropriate manner. I believe they need to consider times have changed and free delivery is expected as part of the service.

  It's very small, but I was impressed with how much inventory & selection was fit into the store. I only needed a tape measure: they had exactly what I wanted and service was very friendly.
